Update - There was a database outage this morning until ~9:50am for a subset of bots. We were able to address it quickly and are actively monitoring all bots in case we need to take action again. We have a plan to permanently address the issue going live later this evening after the market closes. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we work through this issue.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Investigating - We are working on resolving an AWS database outage that is affecting some users that started at ~3:39pm. The outage affected the saving of automation logs and other data related to automation status. From our investigation we have determined that automations did continue to run until the close. We are actively working to resolve the database issue for the affected users. Unfortunately the automation logs that failed to save will not be available. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the issue.

Identified - Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently experiencing an ongoing outage in the US-East-1 region that is impacting multiple broker related services for trading including TradeStation. If needed, please monitor your positions with your broker directly if possible. OA itself is fully operational at this time.
